Setelah sukses dengan sophomore album ‘Breaktrough’ (2009), penyanyi/penulis lagu Colbie Caillat mempersiapkan album ketiganya yang menurut rencana akan dirilis 12 Juli 2011 dengan judul ‘All of You’ masih di bawah label Universal Republic.
Dalam album baru penyanyi asal California ini bekerja sama dengan Ryan Tedder, Jason Reeves Toby Gad dan Rick Nowels. 14 lagu dipersiapkan Grammy winner Best Pop Collaboration with Vocal 2010 bersama Jason Mraz, termasuk lead single I Do dirilis bulan Februari lalu berhasil masuk Billboard Top 100. Sementara lagu What If yang ditulis bersama Jason Reeves dan Rick Nowels muncul sebagai soundtrack Letters to Juliet. “I still incorporate all the styles that I love that were on Breakthrough dan Coco, but it's a new chapter. I’ve experienced more and I've written with new songwriters who are really talented, but it’s still my same music and feel and sound.
