Lady Antebellum baru saja mengumumkan segera merilis studio album ketiga yang bertitle 'Own The Night' rencananya akan dirilis 13 September tahun ini masih di bawah label Capitol Records. Lady Antebellum beranggotakan Hillary Scott (lead & background vocal), Dave Haywood (background vocal, gitar, piano) dan Charles Kelley (lead & background vocal).
Single pertama album ini 'Just a Kiss' diluncurkan perdana 5 Mei lalu di ajang American Idol. Dikutip dari website ladyantebellum.com Hillary Scott lead vocal country trio asal Nashville mengatakan “One of our favorite songs on the new record is called 'We Owned The Night,' which is about a special once-in-a-lifetime moment, and we thought that naming the album around that same sentiment was really appropriate. It's also about the experience we want to create every night in concert for our fans…together, we own the night!"
Album sebelumnya 'Need You Now' dirilis resmi 26 Januari 2010 diluar dugaan berhasil menempati posisi kedua best selling album tahun 2010 memenangkan Grammy Awards tahun ini untuk kategori Best Country Album dengan hit single 'Need You Now' berhasil menyabet 4 Grammy Awards termasuk kategori bergengsi Song of the Year dan Record of the Year.
