Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards 2012 Winners

Taylor Swift Kembali Raih Entertainment of the Year

Ajang penghargaan insan musik country the Academy of Country Music (ACM) awards yang ke 47 digelar hari ini di Grand Garden Arena Las Vegas disiarkan di chanel CBS. Reba McEntire dan Blake Shelton mendapat kehormatan sebagai presenter, tahun ini adalah tahun kedua bagi mereka menjadi host ACM awards. Nominasi ACM awards sudah diumumkan sejak 26 Januari lalu.

Taylor Swift untuk dua tahun berturut-turut meraih kategori bergengsi sebagai Entertainment of the Year mengalahkan Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney dan Brad Paisley. Pasangan suami istri Blake Shelton dan Miranda Lambert memenangkan kategori Top Male and Female Vocalist. Album Four the Record milik Miranda Lambert juga berhasil meraih penghargaan Album of the Year. Sementara group country trio Lady Antebellum membuktikan masih yang terbaik dengan meraih Top Vocal Group untuk tiga tahun berturut-turut. Jawara American Idol tahun lalu Scotty McCreery meraih Top New Artist mengalahkan Brantley Gilbert dan Hunter Hayes. Kategori bergengsi lainnya Song of the Year dimenangkan oleh Eli Young Band dalam lagu Crazy Girl. Kenny Chesney yang sebelumnya memimpin dengan sembilan nominasi tak berhasil membawa pulang satu penghargaan pun.

Tampil sebagai performer di ACM awards tahun Carrie Underwood yang berkesempatan membuka acara dengan single terbarunya Good Girl. The Band Perry tampil dengan single terbarunya Postcard from Paris, Jason Aldean menyanyikan Fly Over States, Miranda Lambert tampil dengan lagu balad Over You. Blake Shelton dan Lionel Richi duet dalam lagu You Are menutup ajang tahun ACM awards. Berikut daftar para pemenang ACM awards 2012.

CMA Awards 2011 Winners

Taylor Swift Raih Penghargaan Entertainer of the Year

Acara penganugerahan CMA awards tahun ini berlangsung di Bridgestone, Arena Nashville hari ini Rabu 9 November (atau 10 November waktu Indonesia) dengan host Brad Paisley dan Carrie Underwood yang tahun ini menjadi tahun ke empat berturut-turut mereka menjadi host acara ini. Tampil sebagai performer CMA awards yang ke 45 di antaranya Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, The Band Perry, Rascal Flatts and Natasha Bedingfield, Carrie Underwood dan Brad Paisley, Eric Church, Thompson Square, Sara Evans dan banyak lagi.

Taylor Swift berhasil menyabet penghargaan bergengsi tahun ini sebagai Entertainer of the Year, band country yang terdiri dari tiga bersaudara, The Band Perry berhasil meraih penghargaan terbanyak tahun ini dengan tiga penghargaan untuk kategori New Artist of the Year, Song of the Year dan Single of the Year untuk lagu fenomenal mereka If I Die Young.

Pasangan suami istri Blake Shelton dan Miranda Lambert kembali berhasil memenangkan masing-masing Male dan Female Vocalist of the Year untuk dua tahun berturut-turut, sementara Jason Aldean juga berhasil menyabet dua penghargaan untuk Album of the Year untuk albumnya ‘My Kinda Party’ dan Musical Event of the Year untuk lagu Don’t You Wanna Stay duetnya dengan Kelly Clarkson. Lady Antebellum menyabet satu penghargaan untuk kategori Vocal Group of the Year. Berikut para pemenang CMA awards 2011.

CMT Music Awards 2011 Winner List

CMT Music Awards penghargaan country music untuk video musik dan televisi performance tiap tahun di Nashville, Tennessee berdasarkan fan voting di CMT.com yang dimulai sejak 27 April sampai 7 Juni diselenggarakan hari ini 9 Juni (atau 8 Juni waktu setempat). Tahun 2011 merupakan tahun kedua Kid Rock menjadi host acara yang berlangsung sejak 2002 memperebutan sepuluh kategori.

Shania Twain, Taylor Swift, bintang Glee Chord Overstreet, Kid Rock dan Kenny Rogers membuka acara dengan cuplikan parodi film Thelma & Louise film yang dibintangi Susan Sarandon & Geena Davis tahun 1991. Taylor Swift memenangkan penghargaan bergengsi Video of the Year untuk lagu ‘Mine’ tak bisa hadir karena sedang tour di Milwaukee sementara Jason Aldean tak kebagian satu penghargaanpun meski sebelumnya memimpin dengan empat nominasi. Justin Bieber memenangkan CMT pertama kalinya untuk kategori Collaborative Video of the Year untuk lagu That Should be Me featuring Rascal Flatts. Untuk kategori baru tahun ini Best Web Video of the Year dimenangkan oleh Blake Shelton Kiss My Country Ass.

CMT awards tahun ini dimeriahkan dengan penampilan penyanyi country tenar mulai dari Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, Keith Urban hingga Lady Antebellum.

ACM Awards 2011

Taylor Swift Won Entertainer of the Year

The Academy of Country Music(ACM) baru saja digelar 3 April waktu setempat di MGM Grand Garden Arena Las Vegas, country music stars, Reba McEntire dan BlakeShelton ditunjuk sebagai host. Tahun ini menginjak 46 tahun sejak acara ini pertama digelar tahun 1964.

Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambertdan Lady Antebellum membuktikan mereka memang pantas merajai ajang ini. Bahkan Taylor Swift berhasil merebut kategori bergengsi Enternainer of The Year. Swift merupakan pemenang termuda kategori ini setelah dua tahun berturut-turut CarrieUnderwood berhasil memenangkan kategori ini. sementara Lady Antebelum menyabet Album of The Year (Need You Now) dan Vocal Group of the Year.

Miranda Lambert paling bersinar tahun ini berkat single The House that Built Me berhak membawa pulang 4 ACM awards dari 5 nominasi. Miranda hanya kalah dari Taylor Swift sebagai Entertainment of the Year. Empat kategori lain berhasil disabetnya, di antaranya Top Female Vocalist of the Year, Single Record of the Year.

Di kategori laki-laki, BradPaisley menyabet Male Vocalist of the Year mengalahkan Blake Shelton dan KeithUrban. Sementara Sugarland meraih penghargaan kategori best Vocal Duo of the Year. Eric Church berhasil mengalahkan Easton Corbin dan Randy Houser untuk kategori best New Solo Vocalist of the Year.
